Turning 40 is not the traumatic milestone that it used to be, thanks to increased nutrition and health knowledge. Cosmetic surgery is another godsend for those looking for their fountain of youth, and celebrities like the Bachlorette’s Trista Sutter are drinking from it to look and feel better.
Sutter revealed to Life & Style Magazine that she recently underwent plastic surgery to “feel pretty again.” The 39-year-old mother of two had breast augmentation, an internal breast lift, and bleharoplasty (eyelid lift and erase the bags from under her eyes). Her self-confidence gained a boost, being able to feel attractive wearing bathing suits and enjoying married life with husband, Ryan, who she met on the show in 2003.
Her motivation for the operations was personal, as Sutter felt that her breasts were “deflated” after nursing her children. She also felt self-conscious about her eyes—one in particular—and wanted to eradicate the “droopy” appearance. The breast augmentation and internal lift amplified her cup size from a B to a C. She had the procedures done in one day by Dr. Franklin Rose of Houston, Texas.
Sutter is one of an increasing amount of people that are not taking aging sitting down. If you are thinking about cosmetic surgery, think about the reasons for the procedures, do your research and consult with a licensed surgeon. Your fountain of youth is within reach with the right resources.
